The Story Behind Vibe Harmony: From Burnout to Balance

Life has a way of guiding us toward where we're meant to be. Sometimes the signs are subtle, and sometimes they're impossible to ignore. For me, that journey began after more than 25 years in the corporate world, when ongoing stress, burnout, and declining wellbeing forced me to stop and ask myself an important question:

When Success No Longer Felt Like Success

For over two decades, I built a successful corporate career and dedicated myself to helping others grow and succeed. While I was proud of what I had achieved, the constant pressure and demands eventually took a toll on my mental and emotional wellbeing.

Over time, anxiety, burnout, and exhaustion became increasingly difficult to ignore. I found myself running on empty, disconnected from the things that brought me joy and struggling to find balance in my life.

What I didn't realise at the time was that this challenging period would ultimately become the catalyst for something beautiful.

The Train Ride That Changed Everything

One ordinary train commute became an extraordinary turning point.

As I listened to an audiobook, something shifted within me. The words resonated deeply and sparked a realisation that I couldn't ignore. For the first time in a long time, I felt hope. I began to imagine a life that felt calmer, more aligned, and more meaningful.

That moment planted a seed that would eventually grow into Vibe Harmony.

Discovering the Healing Power of Holistic Wellness

As I searched for ways to support my own wellbeing, I found myself drawn to holistic healing practices. I began studying Reiki and exploring mindfulness, spirituality, and natural wellness tools that helped me navigate one of the most difficult periods of my life.

These practices didn't magically remove the challenges I was facing, but they gave me something I desperately needed: support, perspective, and hope.

My passion for natural wellness continued to grow, leading me to study aromatherapy and deepen my understanding of how essential oils and holistic therapies can support emotional and physical wellbeing.

The more I learned, the more I wanted to share these tools with others who might be facing their own challenges.

The Beginning of Vibe Harmony

As one chapter of my career came to an unexpected close, I found myself standing at a crossroads.

It was a frightening time filled with uncertainty, but it also created space for new possibilities. Instead of focusing on what I had lost, I chose to focus on what I wanted to build.

My first creation was a magnesium oil spray inspired by my own wellness journey. Friends and family quickly became willing testers, and their encouragement gave me the confidence to keep creating. My sister Dee became my most enthusiastic supporter, helping me test products and cheering me on every step of the way.

Then one day, everything clicked.

What had started as a personal journey of healing had become something much bigger. I realised I wanted to create a space where people could discover products, practices, and resources that helped them feel calmer, more connected, and more supported.

And so, Vibe Harmony was born.

Vibe Harmony is more than a wellness store. It's a reflection of my journey and a reminder that even life's most challenging chapters can lead to something meaningful.

Our mission is to help people nurture their health, mind, and spirit through wellness products, aromatherapy, mindfulness tools, and spiritual practices that encourage balance and self-care.

Every product we offer is chosen with intention because I understand what it's like to search for something that helps you feel a little more grounded, a little more peaceful, and a little more like yourself again.

Today, I'm continuing my studies in aromatherapy while growing Vibe Harmony and helping others discover simple ways to create more calm, harmony, and joy in their lives.
