Return & Refund Policy – Vibe Harmony (Australia)

At Vibe Harmony, your satisfaction is our priority. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which ensures your rights when it comes to refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils or used wellness products (e.g., beverages, kids toys, rollers etc) we also can not accept returns on custom items (such as personalised or custom products) unless faulty. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as per your consumer rights.

To process a return, please email us at info@vibeharmony.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Vibe Harmony will process your refund promptly after your return has been received and assessed.

How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm that your return has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time (up to 10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account.

When You’ll Receive Your Refund:

  • After item is received and inspected at our return location.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the item is confirmed to be:

    • Faulty or not as described, OR

    • Returned in unused, saleable condition (in the case of an approved change-of-mind return or exchange).
