🌿 How to Use & Enjoy
Open a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate.
Place the abalone shell on a heat-safe surface and have your White Sage and Palo Santo ready.
Take a few slow breaths and choose an intention for your ritual.
Light the end of the White Sage until it begins to gently smoke. Extinguish the flame and allow the smoke to drift through your space, moving mindfully around the areas you'd like to refresh.
Once you've finished with the sage, light the Palo Santo and allow it to gently smoke. Move through your space while focusing on what you wish to invite in — peace, calm, positivity or simply a fresh beginning.
Return to your starting point, take a few deep breaths and pause to close your ritual.
